Paying taxes is a result of making profit. When you choose to sell.

This is a good problem to have.

I wish more tax upon you all !!
Weirder than that for me. All shares are in tax protected accounts. Getting the money out before 62 is weird unless I want to pay lots to Uncle Sam.

Yea. Circumstances are different for everyone. And different in each country.

Some people retired, some people making high income, some people low income. Some have option to more things into their Super, family trusts etc. etc.

If you are young and working…DON'T SELL. Forget about needing this or that. DON'T SELL. imo Thank me in 20 years.

Just like Jim Cramer said that you should invest your money on the “house’s” money.

With this macro environment I'm second guessing such a large vehicle purchase... Most likely a CT with useful range in Canada will be over $120k CAD. That's a hard pill to swallow.

I doubt it. But however much a Cybertruck in Canada costs in $CAD, you can be sure there will be a long line of people willing to pay it. Tesla has not announced the price in CAD yet, AFAIK.
