There is a reason the world's top talent coalesced around Elon Musk companies. They didn't go there because he paid twice the going rate.Tesla contains a lot of talent that is outshined by Elon Musk. (We are more to blame assigning all success to Elon Musk) The company would retain a path to greatness but, I agree there will be short term turbulence if the unforeseen occurred.
Give the man some credit for assembling so many world-class teams that are working hard on global problems. Even the best talent in the world depends upon great leadership to be effective.
