If Austin has hail anything like Denver in the summer, you'd want to provide that anyway just so your peeps can focus on work while they're there.

Don't ask how I know this.
Today, March 25, is "Austin Hail Day". Three of the costliest hail storms to hit this area occurred on this date.

March 25, 1993: $125 million in damage
March 25, 2005: $100 million in damage
March 25, 2009: $160 million in damage

The 2009 storm did $15k in damage to my DeLorean, leaving hundreds of dimples across the top surfaces. (The DeLorean's only 0.8 MM thick, Cybertruck will laugh at hailstorms)

Flat Earthers exist too
Earth is not flat… it is convex. We follow the curvature of the turtles back. When drilling, the term hitting bedrock is often confused with hitting the turtles shell.

So sayeth the spaghetti monster in the sky.

C'mon, stack that parking.
No kidding. Every time we watch drone footage showing the parking lot paving my wife asks why they aren't building a GIga-sized parking garage. Maybe that's in a future phase of construction. I think they could convert several hundred more acres into "eco-paradise" by building one big garage.

A parking garage is at least 10x more expensive per car as a surface lot.
It's much more than that.

But that's no excuse.

You end up carting workers around, your thermal controls work worse, you need more storm water management (see having to rip it up and do it again), etc, etc.
