If you look closely, the $68K model is actually $79.9K buy price without rebate.

Looks like the Range Extender to increase milage is a pack that takes up about 1/3 of the bed storage area. I is placed into the . Not sure how or if it is chargable separate or hooks up through the panel in the front of the bed.
