Is $TSLA going to 600.00?

If that happens....well, I'll be SHOCKED!
It’s not that crazy. Compared to tons of other companies, Tesla could have a ways to drop. You gotta look past the emotional love for the company and see that it’s a vehicle for carrying money for many. The whole market is pretty dumped right now.

Brillant observation, Sherlock.

Correct. So?

Mainly, yes. Don't forget THE ECONOMY!

??????

TSLA definitely got caught up in the market crash. It's not IMMUNE!

Only time will tell how Tesla will be able to deal with new supply chain issues it has not dealt with yet.
You could have just saved time and said “Yes”.

A suggestion to OGRE and other TSLA investors:

Don't FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR INVESTMENT! It's EASY TO DO! It will cloud your ability to think RATIONALLY!

So many have fell into this trap, why? Well because of human emotion which is inescapable. We are not robots.

I have done it and anybody who has invested in stocks has as well.

Try to detach yourself EMOTIONALLY as much as possible from your investments!

And good luck!
Hate to break it to you, but I’ve made far more money from AAPL & AMZN than TSLA.

Your shallow analaysis and “concern” is cute though.

My uneducated and uninformed opinion is that this is a long overdue snap to reality for the market. Trendline over the last few years has been idiotic and unsustainable for a number of reasons, including Tesla valuation.
This is pretty much what everyone said about Apple for years as well.

And Amazon.

And Microsoft.

And pretty much every high growth company out there. Fundamentally growth stocks break traditional valuation.

Growth companies often look like this. I’d be concerned if Tesla wasn’t hitting their growth targets.

It’s not that crazy.
Not crazy, but a lot of bad news would have to fall on Tesla and the market in general for that to happen. Such as a Black Swan event maybe.

I just checked the US Dollar Index and it shows 104.70 That is a very strong Dollar! On Feb. 7 the EUR/USD was 1.14 now it's 1.038

Commodities are traded in U.S. Dollars. And in general there is an inverse relationship with the dollar/commodities. When the dollar is strong it means cheaper commodities.

In world of crude oil trading it's called Petrodollars. So if the dollar weakens(in general) the price of crude oil goes up.

Also a strong dollar is bad for U.S. exports, but good for imports.

China, the worlds second largest economy, is killing their economy with the lockdowns and the real estate/housing market(think Evergrande, Shimao Group, Sunac, Country Garden Holdings ) is in a bad, bad way.

The Federal Reserve has listed China's housing market as one of the near-term risks to the US financial system, along with the Russia-Ukraine war and inflation.

So yeah, it could happen.

The market is at peak fear right now. The inflation news was pretty middle of the road.

This thread is typical chicken little chatter than happens when the market takes a crap. If you are selling at this point, you don’t belong investing at all. Investors weather this kind of thing. Gamblers don’t.

I’ve watched my Apple shares drop 40% on multiple occasions likewise Tesla has suffered similar dips. You wait it out. If you have some liquidity, you buy a little more.

Don’t panic. Don’t listen to the chicken littles of the world.

Tesla will probably rally at the end of the day. It's ay 709 now.
The day to day of the market has less of an impact on my pocket than the shitstorm in Shanghai does day-to-day.

FFS... Daddy needs those products to start rolling off the line again!

For a guy espousing emotional detachment, you sure use a whole lotta all-caps and exclamation points
