Actually not. We are waiting on a vehicle yes. But we’ve seen real examples of the vehicle. We’ve seen the production line get built out. We’ve seen test artifacts as a result of running various parts of that production line. The CT is very very real with a very real production line. Do we have a price or estimated range? Yes from the original launch. Given the long delay getting to this point, very few people seem to think those exact numbers will stick. But we at least have an intended ballpark.

If you look at the posted times, my comments were also directed at the article. You just happen to hit enter mere moments before me.
Talk about timing?

On the subject of pricing, the speculated ranges on this forum are quite significant, so until the price is established then they are in the same situation as this article. But I agree they are further along in the production process.

Mercedes-Benz (ticker: MBG.Germany) said the electric-sedan concept—branded as CLA Class—has a range of more than 466 miles, based on global industry standards. That’s superior to even the long-range version of Tesla’s (TSLA) Model 3 sedan which has a range of 391 miles on the same basis

Tesla has responded with something but I see that's it's not quite 466miles. Mercedes might be saving energy with a two speed transmission. So it's yet to be seen how reliable it is and how is the cost.

Perhaps a model 3 with similar setup is in the works.
