Did you find what they were? It sounds to me like they're inspections sort of thing.

From what I understand it’s sort of like our permits here.

They have the permit. Now they have to get inspections to verify they followed the permit and building code.

I'm guessing the first of ongoing periodic inspections.

Unless there is corruption, it falls back to typical stuff..… they might get a ToDO list and have 30 days to get it done. Ie.. Fire evacuation point signs. But not enough to stop production

If they get final approval.. It's over. Worst case is a court date for yet another frivolous matter., which I expect will be the norm for the factory.

I just relate Bloomberg as always putting a disclaimer to anything positive about Tesla.
