I subscribe to FPL Evolution which is a flat rate electric charge. I have a 220 / 60amp breaker. My Y charges at a rate of approx 45 miles/hr however my CT charges at a rate of appprox 27 miles/hr. I've move the cable back and forth between the 2 vehicles with the same result. I've also changed the adaptor, again with the same result. Therefore I've ruled out a wall charger issue.
Has anyone experience a lower rate of charging with the CT

Comparing miles/hr is not going work. The Model Y is more efficient so it will go further per unit of charge. It's better to compare the amperage during the charge and try to adjust in the app or on screen if one is not charging at the same capacity as the other. Example if one is showing 48amps confirm that the other is is showing the same.
