Well, I hope he's not on the list for a Cybertruck!
(Underlining and bold type are by me-not the police department)

News release from Catoosa, Oklahoma Police Department
"Good afternoon everyone this is Chief Benight. I wanted to ease concerns on the situation at the Hard Rock this morning. At about 9:30 a 35 year old male from Arkansas showed up on the property in a Tesla vehicle. He went to the charging station and removed an AR-15 rifle and began firing at the golf course and vehicles in the parking lot. No golfers were injured and one casino vehicle suffered significant damage. When our officer's received the call of the shots being fired they didn't hesitate and responded directly to the scene. Upon arriving they had an armed confrontation with the suspect and thankfully he surrendered. The suspect was in possession of cocaine and hallucination type drugs and seemed to be under the influence. I would like to compliment casino security for promptly securing the property and contacting the police. I do not feel the casino was the suspects destination point for violence as the Tulsa Police were already looking for the suspect for shooting at vehicles on the interstate. As he was driving an electric vehicle, I feel he only stopped for a charge. Officer's found an additional rifle and two handguns in the vehicle as well as a great deal of ammunition and magazines. I'm very proud of my officer's for their willingness to confront a heavily armed suspect to protect our citizens. The suspect was arrested an transported to the Rogers county jail on multiple felony charges."
