I kind of like it. My hope is that China will design a sharp looking economy car, that would sell for around $20K.

Tesla Model 2 The Tesla Model after the Cybertruck? 592BF235-8C69-4BB0-9500-49E825498DB8

A Cybercar intended to be a Tesla Network Robo taxi.

The stainless steel exoskeleton and easy manufacturing would be a good match with the million mile battery and powertrain for a $25,000 basic Robotaxi. It’s intended for 24/7 operation in the fleet - 100,000 miles a year. Single motor, smallish battery pack maybe 220 mile range. No Driver controls standard.

Tesla might sell it at 25% profit at $25k but price the FSD AP software that lets you send it off to work as a Robotaxi and earn money at another $50k. It would still pay for itself in a few years and earn money for it’s owner.

If this was just like the Cyber and the same stats and price I'd cancel my reservation and buy this instead. Hands down. Sell the house, pack the dogs and see the world.
The stupid rolling cover and pretend vault/bed is the part of the Cyber I care the least about, and are more of an "i can make it work" part.

 What will FSD do when my wife yells "look out!"? :D

If this was sold at $35K, I would buy two, one each for wife and son why I drive the CT. Maybe a third to be my commuting car. Conditional on a large cabin. If sold at 25K, I would buy three.
