New function: receive email notifications for every reply in a watched thread

By default, the site sends an email notification regarding a new reply to a thread you're watching only if you've viewed the thread since receiving the last email notification.

However, if you prefer to receive an email notification for every new reply to a watched thread, even if you haven't viewed the thread since the last notification email, we've now added a new option for this.

To enable this new option, visit your account preferences and check the "Persistent Alerts Enabled" box:
