Entertaining, light on substance. Nostalgia.
I actually enjoyed all/any SB commercials pertaining to EV’s. The petrol-heads are flipping out no doubt!

tesla is too busy making EV's to waste any money on commercials.

A lot experts suggest Tesla gets free exposure when other companies advertise EVs. It is damned near impossible to think about EVs without thinking about Tesla. Just imagine you are a car buyer and you see an advert from GM about how EVs are saving the planet and you think “Hey… I should get one of these crazy EVs!” Then a little time with the search engine later you end up on Tesla’s site.Entertaining, light on substance. Tesla is the most search name on Google, with the highest Customer satisfaction & most T emblem recognition by the public of all the Auto Industry!Tesla cannot currently meet the demand for their product. They have never run ads and until their supply can exceed demand, they really don't need it. With that said though, many people are still not aware of Tesla BECAUSE they have never seen any ads. There is definitely untapped market potential as a result.
The problem is, Tesla has far more demand than capacity to build vehicles right now. Advertising does not make sense. Why would you drive more sales you can't fulfill? Just makes for angry customers.

And yet in a survey of people, Tesla has lower brand recognition than other major automakers.Tesla is the most search name on Google, with the highest Customer satisfaction & most T emblem recognition by the public of all the Auto Industry!
