Everything I've seen so far is that they're targeting work fleets. So primarily streets, construction sites, etc. AFAIK.

Most fundamental difference I see here is that Aptera is VERY MUCH a street vehicle (and it looks awesome). Lordstown is going after a durability-minded market.
