I have no idea how much money they lose per EV now but I would imagine all the profit they make on gas F150 platinums and lariats will help smooth out their EV transition. do you think they're going to let Tesla take the ev truck market? I don't think so.

I feel way more comfortable buying an EV other than a tesla now. If ford can sell the lightning cheaper than the cybertruck I’ll go for it.

why would he say it at all? Seems like he’s trying to soften the blow before prices are announced. Hopefully we know sooner than later.

that’s what we all thought until Elon recently said “It's gonna be hard to make the cost affordable”. what did I expect? Something better than what’s been shown that’s for sure… I’ll wait for the actual reveal but so far not impressed.
